Service Description
Only 1 in person session is required with the online training program. The assessment session week 1 is essential for gathering data on our athletes so that their training program can be designed to best meet their individual needs. The online participants can attend the assessment session on 9/7 at Premier Athletics or 9/9 at Midwest Stars.
