Measure, Train, Perform was created to provide athletes with the tools to develop into the best version of themselves. We start with a performance assessment on each athlete. We then design and implement a personalized strength and conditioning program based on those results. At each step in the process, our athletes will have access to the same caliber of strength and conditioning coaching and applied sports science practices that the pros do. Our model is flexible - we offer training courses at our facility in Stow, as well as train groups out of their own facilities, and distance/online training. In addition to training we offer team and individual assessment services.
