What can MTP do for you?
Strength and Conditioning
MTP provides group strength and conditioning classes led by former Major League strength and conditioning coach Jake Beiting. You can come to our location in Stow/Hudson, or we can come to your team's facility! Classes are available for all ages, sports, and genders at various times of year. MTP offers individual, team, and organizational assessments. These are designed to measure progress, identify developmental areas, create training programs, and identify talent. These assessments utilize the same performance technology being used across professional sports.
Distance training programs are offered by MTP. Even if you are located outside NE Ohio or can't make the scheduled times, you can still get an MTP program. All you need to do is come in for a one time assessment, then you will received a 6 week training program written by Coach Beiting. We use the Teambuildr training app to house our programming.
